Hope you all are doing great. In this post, I’ll tell you how to make Haleem using a quick and easy recipe. So here you go:
Recipe of Haleem
Beef (boneless) : 1 kg
Daal Masoor : 1/4 cup
Daal Moong : 1/4 cup
Daal Maash : 1/4 cup
Daal Channa : 1/2 cup
Gandum (گیہوں) : 1 cup
Jou : 1/2 cup
Oil : 2 1/2 cups
Haleem Masala by @nationalfoodspakistan : 1 Packet
Sabut Garam masala : 1 tablespoon
Onion : 1 (medium)
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tablespoons
Soak each lentil for two hours and boil separately untill fully done.
Blend them and keep aside.
In a wok, heat oil and saute sliced onion untill golden brown.
Now add beaf and ginger garlic paste.
Saute well until the color of beef changes.
Now add haleem masala by @nationalfoodspakistan and mix well.
Add water and let the meat cook untill it’s complete done.
Mash the meat into fine fibres (گوشت (کا ریشہ کرلیں.
Now combine everything in a wok and let it cook on low heat while stirring continuously.
Adjust the consistency according to your choice.
Serve hot with fried onion tarka, chopped green chillies, coriander, lemon, chopped ginger and chaat masala 🤗
